VML will be hosting a Wine Country Luau and Pig Roast this Saturday from 5pm to 8pm. Wine Club members are welcome to come pick up their May club wines and enjoy a feast prepared by Peloton Catering. Cool off with delectable ice cream by local favorite Frozen Art. It will be a beautiful evening with wine, live music, hula dancers and fire dancers. We hope to see you there!

Caja China Domestic Hog – Devils Gulch Ranch Hog, wine country mojo, pineapple barbecue

Baby Romaine – Compressed pineapple, coconut lime dressing, fresh pineapple, toasted coconut

Sweet Potato Salad – Caramelized onion, farm egg, celery, sweet paprika

Lomilomi Salmon – Tomato, scallion, red onion, cilantro (composed salmon salad)
